Visualization Article:
I think this was a great article with a lot to take from. I really think teaching my students the value and concepts of visualization or "chair flying" can greatly increase there skills and progression rate in their flight training. Because knowing the procedures, maneuvers, and having a flow can reduce hesitation and increase confident in mishaps or emergency's.
Mastering the Landing:
I really enjoyed this article it had some awesome points and did a great job in describing the landing procedures and what goes through the pilots head each step of the way. I can take all of the information away and use it as a great tool to teach future students, but I feel that the most important concept is all about Vision. " Vision is one of the best tools you can use to estimate height and movement during your approach and roundout" this pretty much sums up landings and the visual cues behind the sectors of the landing.
Training future Captains:
I really enjoyed this article because it had some great valid point in becoming a captain and qualities looked for. I think as a pilot and looking to grow in the aviation field, I felt that professionalism with proper radio communication is a biggie from day one. This is something you have total control over, and this will not only represent you but, your communication will also be representing your company. Many company look for professionalism and if you begin to gain bad habits now it will be harder for you to break them to the company standard.
